Arizona Stronghold 2010 Bonita Springs Pinot Gris Appellation: Arizona Arizona Stronghold (Cottonwood, AZ) -- (Winery Info & All Wines) Winemaker: Tim White This one came as a bit of a surprise. Pinot Gris is always a strong blending component for us, but never really complete enough to be highlighted on its own. This was my first time making it from our Bonita Springs Vineyard, and I believe, is further evidence of the quality and diversity of this interesting and unique site.
